This promotional offer (“Offer”) is operated by Get Support IT Services Limited, and is subject to the following Terms & Conditions. By participating, prospective clients agree to be bound by these terms.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Licensing Requirement: Businesses must have a minimum of 100 Microsoft 365 licenses (or an annual Microsoft 365 spend of £12,000 ex VAT to qualify for the offer.)
Quote/Bill Requirement: The prospective client must provide a valid copy of their most recent Microsoft 365 licensing invoice or quote, clearly displaying license types, quantities, and pricing.
Annual Commitment: Our best pricing, the price guarantee and the iPad offer apply only to annual Microsoft 365 licensing subscriptions paid in full upfront.
Price Beat Scope: The “price beat” applies only to the per-user licensing cost at renewal. We will not match or beat older pricing if Microsoft’s list price has increased since the customer’s current term.
One iPad Per Business or Group: If we are unable to beat the qualifying quote, the organisation will receive one (1) iPad per business or group of companies (not per user or department).
Commercial Licensing: This offer is only available to businesseses buying normal Microsoft commercial / business licensing.
Exclusions: Charity (non-profit) and Government licensing is excluded.
About the Free iPad
The iPad offered is a new Apple iPad (11” 128GB, Wi-Fi only).
No accessories, AppleCare, setup, or support are included.
The iPad cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative devices. However, we can make a charity donation of an equivalent value to a charity of your choice instead of the iPad, should you wish.
Delivery will occur after eligibility is confirmed and licensing has been reviewed in full.

Additional Terms
Offer Validity: This offer is valid for 14 days from the date of quotation, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Right to Withdraw: Get Support IT Services Limited reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time, up to the point at which a meeting between Get Support and the organisation has been completed.
Non-Transferable: This offer is non-transferable and may not be resold or claimed through resellers, brokers, or third-party consultants.
Subject to Verification: All claims, quotes, and invoices are subject to internal verification and approval.
No Retroactive Claims: Offers cannot be claimed for renewals or orders already placed prior to engagement.
Limited Availability: Offer is subject to stock availability of iPad models and may be paused if inventory becomes constrained.
