STEP 1: Contact Get Support

Call 01865 594000 to speak to a Get Support technical support engineer

STEP 2: Download Client Software

Other support tools : NTR Support (Windows XP) or  NTR Support (Vista & Windows 7) or NTR Support (Mac)

STEP 3: Click "Run" To Start Remote Support

During the installation process, you will be prompted twice to click on "Run" to install the client software. This process should only take a few seconds and the software will be automatically removed when the support call is finished

STEP 4: Enter Session Code

The Get Support technical support engineer will provide you with a numeric session code. Please enter this when prompted.

STEP 5: Please Do Not Touch Computer

The engineer now has full control over the functions of your computer. Please do not touch the keyboard or mouse unless instructed to do so, as any interference can affect the engineer's control over your computer.
