Remote Support

Get Support uses cutting-edge software to allow our engineers to fix problems remotely across the Internet without the need to arrange a site call. For more information on how to use this tool, please call us on 01865 594000.

Step 1 - Contact Get Support
Call 01865 594000 to speak to a Get Support technical support engineer.
Step 2 - Download Client Software
Click the link to the right to download the client software to your computer. This software will grant full access to your computer for the duration of the support call. We recommend that you close any applications containing sensitive information. Download

Step 3 - Click Run To Install Software
During the installation process, you will be prompted twice to click on "Run" to install the client software. This process should only take a few seconds and the software will be automatically removed when the support call is finished.
Step 4 - Enter Session Code
The Get Support technical support engineer will provide you with a numeric session code. Please enter this when prompted.
Step 5 - Do Not Touch Computer
The engineer now has full control over the functions of your computer. Please do not touch the keyboard or mouse unless instructed to do so, as any interference can affect the engineer's control over your computer.
